The tune Eva plans to teach at the jam is Newt Payne's Great Big Taters in the key of G (standard tuning on fiddles). We will also be playing in the key of A. All levels of players are welcome however the jam is geared toward an intermediate skill level. A donation of $1or $2 is requested to help pay to heat the hall. Snacks to share are encouraged.

All dances are taught. All ages and experience levels are welcome. This a family friendly event. Dancers are advised to bring their own personal water container. And, if inclined, they can bring some light snacks to share. Dancing starts at 8 PM, but you can come at 7 PM and jam with the band. Adults $6. 16 and under free.

For our upcoming contra dance we are blessed to have the famous Canote Brothers, Greg and Jere, playing their incredibly fun and driving music. With over 40 years of playing together their music brings us all together as one big dancing family.

6th Annual Plant and Seed Exchange
Bring your over abundant seeds, plant starts, divisions, bulbs and any other plants that need a new home to thrive in and take home some new seeds and plants!
This well attended community event is the brainchild of Ashley Kehl and Jennimae Hilliard and helps launch the spring planting season. There will be gardening reference books to peruse and you’ll find that neighborly gardening advice abounds.
Refreshments provided~ donations gratefully accepted to help cover the cost of the event. Co-sponsored by the Quimper Grange.
